We operate an extremely robust and effective selection process which ensures that only the very best candidates are presented to clients on a short list of two or three. These candidates will be interviewed, fully briefed by us, and be immediately available.

Our selection process provides candidates who fit our clients' requirements very well and a large proportion of our client enquiries result in us finding the right interim manager for the client. Clients often are so satisfied that they ask our interim's to stay longer than the originally estimated time.
