This coaching can take place on company premises or on one of our Career Development Seminars. The outplacement coaching can prepare the executive for the new career change by providing counselling, job market awareness and job search skills for the competitive job market.

The coaching will be specific to your company outplacement aims and culture etc. and will include many of the training skills shown in – For Candidates.
